We offer bilingual (Spanish-English) compassionate evidence-based, telepsychiatry care, psychotherapy and coaching services to Florida and Arizona residents ages 6 and up.

Psychotherapy
Our psychotherapy services offer a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. We use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, couples therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques, grief counseling, and more. Services are available for individuals, families, couples, and children ages 6 and up.

Tele-Psychiatry
We offer online medication management and evidence-based treatments via our HIPAA-secure platforms for mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders, PTSD, and more. All services are offered virtually for your convenience with a holistic approach, which may include psychotherapy and supportive coaching services for young adults navigating life transitions. Please note that controlled substances medications are not offered via our online services.
